Kim Brewer is Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield’s U.S. SVP of development. She has been with URW since 1996, serving senior roles in management and real estate development. Brewer is currently responsible for overseeing development activities for 12 Southern California Westfield assets.  

As someone who has worked in multiple capacities within the realm of real estate, she is extremely well versed in a plethora of development verticals. In addition to Brewer’s responsibilities, she is a respected leader and mentor that takes the time to train those newer to the field. She’ll spend hours meticulously going over concepts with new hires and really is invested in her colleagues’ learning journey.

About Lisa Brown

Lisa Brown has decades of experience in corporate communications and marketing management with organizations including Coldwell Banker Residential, Grubb & Ellis, Marcus & Millichap, NAIOP, SIOR and ALM. In those positions, she worked in conjunction with chief executive officers and chief marketing officers to create corporate messaging, cohesive branding standards, strategic marketing plans and thought pieces. Brown is a frequent speaker at industry events and an editing adjunct professor for an online course. She has a master’s degree in mass communications from San Jose State University.
