Lopez truly sees opportunities that others have missed

She is the second female to achieve executive level at Snyder Langston

Lopez is also one of three company leaders chosen to carry out the future of the firm

Jo-E Lopez brings 20 years of experience in the architecture and construction industries to her role as vice president and partner for Snyder Langston. In this position, she is the second female to achieve executive level at the Irvine-based firm, one of Southern California’s largest and most respected builders since 1959.

Lopez oversees market sector strategic planning, marketing, public relations, client relations and business development activities for Snyder Langston, Optym and Snyder Langston Residential. She goes beyond the project to gain a full understanding of what more the firm can and will do to ensure the client has the best possible experience.

Underscoring her uncommon leadership, Lopez has helped to build the Snyder Langston brand, Building with Mastery, elevating the status of the now more than 60-year-old firm. She is also one of three company leaders chosen to carry out the future of the firm as part of its in-depth and strategic succession planning.

A personal tragedy when she was in high school has led to an advisory board role for Crime Survivors, an Orange County-based organization that provides hope and healing to victims and survivors of crime through advocacy and the support of resources, information, and empowerment. She was chair for 100 Ladies for Crime Survivors and has spearheaded a number of initiatives including the build-out of the new 10,000-square-foot Crime Survivors Resource Center. Because of her work with the organization, she was awarded Crime Survivors’ Above and Beyond award in 2019.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Lopez as one of the California 2021 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
