Noam Kaminetzky oversees a team of professionals responsible for the origination, underwriting, and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, and industrial, primarily in the Southeast.

During 2020, Kaminetzky and his team were responsible for $302 million in financings across 54 transactions.

Kaminetzky joined Meridian in 2005 and currently serves as managing director in the firm’s Boca Raton office. Kaminetzky has personally been involved in all aspects of the commercial real estate finance life cycle, including origination, underwriting, processing, and the closing of loans. He has developed many strategic lending relationships with financing sources and is well respected by clients who frequently seek his advice and guidance on transactions.

Over the course of his career, Kaminetzky has negotiated several billion dollars of debt and equity transactions, including permanent, bridge, and construction loans. He has closed loans with many lending sources, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, CMBS, private funds, local lenders, regional lenders and credit unions.
