Mitch Sinberg is senior managing director at Berkadia in South Florida and is one of the top mortgage brokers in the country. Since joining Berkadia in 2013, Sinberg has helped recruit some of the most experienced commercial real estate brokers and capital markets professionals to the Berkadia Florida team, and has grown Berkadia Florida’s annual deal volume from approximately $200 million in loan originations in 2013 to over $3 billion annually (2018/2019).
In 2020, Sinberg led the Florida mortgage banking team in closing over $2.4 billion in originations across 58 transactions despite the market volatility surrounding the pandemic.
A perennial member of Berkadia’s CEO Circle, an elite group consisting of the Top 10 producers nationwide, Sinberg also currently serves as an occasional adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern University teaching real estate finance and investment in the school’s MS in Real Estate program.
