Davidson is definitely a rising star in the property management and commercial real estate.

Davidson is heavily involved in PECO's sustainability initiative and assisted with the company's first GRESB submission.

In addition, she is involved in process improvement initiatives that will enhance the capital process and provide greater detail of center attributes.

Nikki Davidson won the Property Manager of the Year Award at Phillips Edison from 2015 to 2019 (five years in a row). Recently, she has been promoted to oversee property management for the Southeast Region. Davidson inherited a team of extremely talented managers has made an immediate impact with them and the assets that they oversee. Her style of management creates opportunities for growth and innovation within the team.

About Lisa Brown

Lisa Brown has decades of experience in corporate communications and marketing management with organizations including Coldwell Banker Residential, Grubb & Ellis, Marcus & Millichap, NAIOP, SIOR and ALM. In those positions, she worked in conjunction with chief executive officers and chief marketing officers to create corporate messaging, cohesive branding standards, strategic marketing plans and thought pieces. Brown is a frequent speaker at industry events and an editing adjunct professor for an online course. She has a master’s degree in mass communications from San Jose State University.
