Managing the evolution of numerous master-planned community (MPC) projects in multiple states including Arizona, Utah and Washington on behalf of the firm and supporting Greg Vogel's direction on the project.

Campbell has proven to be instrumental in the sale of (how many deals or acres) in the past several years.

Managing portfolio disposition on behalf of clients with diverse land assets has allowed Campbell to facilitate the disposition of approximately $100M+ in land over the past 12-months.

Wesley Campbell (Wes) is an Advisor with Land Advisors Organization’s Metropolitan Phoenix office. He currently provides advisory and project management services on special projects, which are being directed by the firm’s founder and CEO Greg Vogel.

Campbell started with Land Advisors Organization in 2013 as an intern while completing his degree in finance from Arizona State University.  Early on, he began working with Greg Vogel who saw his skills in financial analysis and communication. Following his initial internship, Campbell gained valuable experience working with the firm’s Resort Division where he assisted in the development project proposals to potential investors and creating marketing materials for the projects and facilitating site visits, supporting the team in the group’s efforts to market and sell resort communities in Mexico, the Bahamas and key areas of the United States. 

After two years with the Resort team, Campbell transitioned back to working with Greg on special projects and on custom lot sales throughout the northern Metropolitan Phoenix area where he further developed his project management and communications skills.  Currently, Campbell focuses his time managing special projects and working directly with clients locally and nationally to advise them on their parcels, investments and/or development plans. 

In his current role, Campbell demonstrates leadership as a project manager where he is recognized for his effective communication and financial analysis capabilities and business acumen. These skills have positioned him as a trusted advisor to some of the firm’s most respected clients on the buyer, seller and investor side of transactions. He is called upon by C-suite personnel to weigh-in on and manage special projects ranging from master-planned community planning and development, multi-market site acquisitions and portfolio disposition.

Thanks to Campbell’s skills in project management and communication as well as his business acumen and identifying ways he could bring value to Land Advisors Organization, he created a position that is now highly valued by the firm, its clients and customers. He has set himself apart from others who are pursuing a more traditional role in real estate brokerage. Wes also wanted to be part of larger, complex projects that many times have a longer timeline and multifaceted aspects in motion at the same time. By serving as a dedicated resource to facilitate transactions and ensure all parties are receiving the information they need to close the deals, he is continuing to bring value to the firm and getting to know clients and their needs, which helps further build that relationship, and deliver value for them.

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 13-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism. In this capacity, he oversees daily operations while also reporting on both local/regional markets and national trends, covering individual transactions across all property types, as well as delving into broader subject matter. He produces 15-20 daily news stories per day and works with the Connect team and clients to develop longer-form content, ranging from Q&As to thought-leadership pieces. Prior to joining Connect, Paul was Managing Editor for both Real Estate Forum and at American Lawyer Media, where he oversaw operations at both publications while also producing daily news and feature-length articles. His tenure in B2B publishing stretches back into the print era, and he has served as Editor in Chief on four national trade publications. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
