Company:

Horvath & Tremblay

Seven years investment sales experience, specializing in retail

Among his company's top brokers

Active in ICSC and other industry groups

VP with Horvath & Tremblay in Boston, Matt Nadler is “all about building long-term relationships and consistently puts the client’s best interest first,” says EVP and co-founder Robert Horvath.  ”He is able to figure out deal issues before they become a problem.”  Horvath adds, ”He does not stop working; he is always on and available to his clients and colleagues.”

Nadler is one of the company’s top brokers who has amassed many accomplishments over the years. Some of include selling a Starbucks in Westport, CT for a record breaking cap rate, selling a larger price point Portello’s in Minnesota during the COVID pandemic and selling a larger Rite Aid and TLE in New Haven, CT in a challenging credit market for Rite Aid.  He is also actively involved in many organizations, including ICSC, and provides ”tremendous value to his committees,” Horvath says.

These are some of the reasons we chose Nadler as one of the Boston/New England 2021 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s fifth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
