Over the past four years, Harrison Klein has grown Marcus & Millichap’s industrial presence from the ground up through the mid-market space in greater New England after spending the beginning of his career brokering through the distressed world in South Florida.
Since 2017, Klein has handled the sale of nearly every sub-category of industrial and commercial property, whether that be multi-tenant industrial parks, self-storage, ground-up development or sales to end-users across multiple industries.
Colleagues says Klein’s knowledge of underwriting, zoning nuances, the varying needs of different businesses, and financing enable him to drive value for clients and their assets. Leveraging this skillset, Klein and his team have already listed, closed or placed under agreement nearly $100 million in total transactions since the start of 2021.
