In 2020 alone, Korer arranged construction and bridge-completion financing on 858 units within the niche multifamily asset class including The Bungalows on Camelback, a 325-unit built-to-rent community in Glendale.

His expertise in this space can be exemplified through the economic and non-economic terms that were negotiated on behalf of his clients.

Jeremy Korer of Cushman & Wakefield’s equity, debt and structured finance group based in Phoenix was a market leader in 2020, arranging more than $165 million in financing on multifamily, industrial and retail assets across the Phoenix metro. Korer is most notable for his involvement and pioneering within the built-to-rent multifamily development market also known as the single-family rental market in the Phoenix metro.

In those positions, she worked in conjunction with chief executive officers and chief marketing officers to create corporate messaging, cohesive branding standards, strategic marketing plans and thought pieces. Brown is a frequent speaker at industry events and an editing adjunct professor for an online course. She has a master’s degree in mass communications from San Jose State University.
