Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team of Michael Ryan, Brian Linnihan, Blake Cohen and Richard Henry incorporates capital markets knowledge with local real estate expertise to successfully complete any type of real estate transaction. In 2020, the Atlanta-based team closed 53 transactions totaling $2.3 billion throughout the Southeast.

Key deals for the team in 2020 included a $114.4 million refinancing loan for Rubenstein Partners’ Pennant Park, a six-building, 763,282-square-foot office park in Atlanta’s Cumberland/Galleria submarket. Pennant Park is 87% occupied by 22 tenants. Rubenstein created significant value since acquiring Pennant Park in 2016, renovating and re-tenanting the property.

The team also secured a $70 million loan for the redevelopment of Peachtree Dunwoody Pavilion, a suburban office park located in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter submarket. Located at 5775 Peachtree Dunwoody Road, the property currently includes three mid-rise office buildings totaling 331,734 square feet as well as an abundance of surface parking. Construction is currently underway to transform the site into a mixed-use Transit Oriented Development.

These are some of the reasons we selected the Atlanta Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team for inclusion in our first-ever Top Mortgage Brokers and Lenders Awards. These awards recognize industry professionals who have demonstrated the highest standards in commercial real estate finance.
