Summit Health Signs Long-Term Lease with Muss Development

Summit Health has signed a long-term, 12,379-square-foot lease at Muss Development’s shopping center located at 7000 Austin St. in Forest Hills. With more than 340 existing medical practice locations, the healthcare provider will bring facilities that specialize in ear, nose, and throat services to Forest Hills and has plans to open this fall.

“We look forward to welcoming Summit Health to 7000 Austin Street,” said Muss Development president Jason Muss. “The office will bring additional high-quality specialty medical services to the residents of Forest Hills and nearby areas.”

Summit Health was formed by the 2019 merger between Summit Medical Group and CityMD. It has more than 2,500 providers, 12,000 employees and more than 340 locations in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Central Oregon.

Muss Development was represented internally by Bill Bergman, SVP of leasing. Summit Health was represented by Newmark vice chairman Ben Birnbaum.
