CBRE Markets College Point Educational Facility

CBRE has been appointed as sales agent by the Sisters of the Order of St. Dominic to market St. Agnes Academic High School, an educational facility built in 1960 with a connected group residence and parking in College Point, Queens. The CBRE team of Tim Sheehan, John Reinertsen, Dan Kaplan, Mike Lee and Justin Arzi are spearheading the marketing campaign.

“The facility is located in one of New York City’s fastest-growing markets,” said Kaplan. “The entire complex has been meticulously maintained and renovated and is ready for occupancy by a school or for conversion to residential use by the right buyer.”

The three-story property features an 850-person gym/auditorium with a stage, a cafeteria and kitchen, science labs, specialty rooms and large classrooms. Its connected residence can be adapted for both office and academic uses. The nearly 94,000-square-foot property can also be repurposed for religious, recreational, or other community facility uses.
