Capstone On-Campus Management oversees a portfolio across 36 campuses

Capstone On-Campus Management Promotes Six 

Capstone On-Campus Management (COCM) has made a series of strategic staff promotions to support its continued growth in on-campus third-party management with a portfolio of 34,752 beds on 36 campuses across the US. 

Brian Kraft has been promoted to associate VP of operations. Becky Sierp, Vallyn Merrick and Kern Williams have all been promoted to regional VP. Brittany Oliver has been promoted to assistant VP for marketing and leasing. Additionally, Rose Williams has moved into a new role as senior leasing and marketing specialist. 

Sandy Hill, EVP of operations with Vestavia Hills, AL-based COCM, said, “These individuals demonstrate a consistent approach to professionalism and are an excellent representation of COCM’s missions and values. I am honored to recognize them with these well-deserved promotions.”

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 13-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism. In this capacity, he oversees daily operations while also reporting on both local/regional markets and national trends, covering individual transactions across all property types, as well as delving into broader subject matter. His tenure in B2B publishing stretches back into the print era, and he has served as Editor in Chief on four national trade publications. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
