Accounting and data firm Omega Accounting has signed a sublease for headquarters space at 1501 Alton Pkwy. in Irvine, CA

Accounting Firm Inks Irvine Headquarters Sublease

Accounting and data firm Omega Accounting Solutions is expanding and relocating to a 21,464-square-foot, Class-A office at FivePoint Gateway, located at 15101 Alton Pkwy. in Irvine. The tenant will occupy the space as its new headquarters, housing more than 100 professionals.

JLL EVPs Scott Wetzel and Joe Bevan represented Omega Accounting Solutions in the sublease.  The sublessor, Broadcom, was represented by director Patrick Ryan of Cushman & Wakefield.

The FivePoint Gateway is comprised of more than one million square feet of office space located across from the Irvine Transportation Center and close to the Orange County Great Park.

The Irvine Spectrum remains the strongest submarket in Orange County,” said Wetzel. “We continue to see tenants diverge towards either ‘flight to quality’ or ’seeking value.’ In rare circumstances such as this, the two were combined.”
